AGE RESTRICTION
Under Australian law, you must be over 18 years of age to purchase wine from Star Lane Winery. It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
ORDERING ONLINE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
Ordering securely online is the quickest and easiest method to purchase from Star Lane Winery. By entering your details into our Wine Online order area, we are able to process your transaction immediately and have your order shipped in the shortest time possible.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of GST.
We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Note: If you prefer, you do not need to have or register a PayPal account in order to use your Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you do not have or wish to create a PayPal account then simply complete the “Pay with a credit card or debit card” option immediately below the PayPal Log in Option. A tax invoice/receipt will be issued by email when your Online order has been processed.
SECURE SHOPPING
When you make a transaction with Star Lane Winery all your personal information, including your credit card number, is encoded. This means that your credit card details cannot be read as they travel to our ordering system.
PRIVACY
We collect your personal information only with your informed consent. We use your information for personalisation, identification, and communication only as it enables us to carry out one or more of our functions, promotions, or direct marketing activities. We do not sell, trade, rent or redistribute your personal information outside of Star Lane Winery.

PACKAGING
Unless otherwise stated, all wine is packaged using durable cardboard boxes. A standard box (“Half Case”) holds six (6) x 750ml bottles. The term “Case” refers to a box of twelve (12) x 750ml bottles. Star Lane Winery may opt to use other forms of durable packaging in line with, and where applicable to, promotions or special offers or as circumstances or special orders may require from time to time.
AVAILABILITY
Please understand wine is available only while stocks last and availability may be subject to change. In the event that we have sold out prior to your transaction, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or a refund.
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All prices quoted are per bottle and include all statutory Australian taxes and delivery charges within Australia. Delivery within Australia is via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. A standard flat shipping rate of AUD $20.00 will be applied to all orders shipped within Australia. Discounts apply for bulk purchases.
Wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office. Delivery to capital cities is within 5-7 working days. Other areas (including Tasmania and Northern Territory) may take up to 10 working days.
Our wines leave us in good condition. To make sure they stay that way, we have instructed the courier company not to leave the wine without a signature. If you wish your order to be left without a signature please state this clearly in the comments section of your order.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Star Lane Winery welcomes orders and enquiries from international customers. All prices quoted include delivery within Australia to your nominated address or on-forwarder – see “Delivery Within Australia”, or alternatively please contact Star Lane Winery for a shipping quote to your nominated international delivery address.
RETURNS
If your wine has been broken or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
Please contact us to request return instructions, and ensure that all original packaging is retained in case of the need to return.
